Dart Cherokee Basin Operating Company, LLC
In July 2002, Dart Oil & Gas Corporation acquired approximately 15,000 acres, a 70-plus mile gathering system and nearly 200 wells in the heart of the Cherokee Basin coal bed methane (CBM) play in southeastern Kansas. By early 2004, Dart Cherokee Basin Operating Company (DCBO) controlled over 75,000 acres and had drilled in excess of 200 additional wells.

Cherokee Basin Pipeline, LLC
Cherokee Basin Pipeline, LLC (CBPL) was formed to own and manage the pipeline and gathering assets required to transport and market gas produced in the Cherokee Basin. CBPL currently operates over 200 miles of pipeline and 12 compressor stations in this basin.
